Privacy Notice

This notice is provided by Sedat Öztürk (the "Data Controller") under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform people who get in touch through this website about how their personal data is processed. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

1. Personal data processed

Your first and last name, phone number, email address and the content of your message, shared through the contact form or other contact channels. Please do not share health-related (special category) information in your message.

2. Purposes

To respond to your enquiries, arrange intro calls and appointments, and provide information about services.

3. Legal basis and collection method

Data is collected electronically through the website form, email, phone and messaging apps, on the legal bases in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing necessary for entering into or performing a contract, and the Data Controller's legitimate interest provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.

4. Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Website and contact form records are stored on the infrastructure of our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc.; these servers may be located abroad. Notifications of new enquiries are sent by email.

5. Retention

Contact form records are deleted within 1 year at the latest after your request has been handled. In general, data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may: learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties; object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
